He is survived by: his children, Mary Cartwright (Tom) of Columbus, OH, Margaret "Maggie" DeTardo (Mark) of Fleming Island, FL, Mark Greenwald (Terri) of Springfield, John Greenwald (Natalie) of Springfield, Peter Greenwald (Anne) of Midlothian, VA and Dr. James Greenwald of Springfield; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Cartwright, Catherine Cartwright, Christopher Greenwald (Cara), Lynde Greenwald, Matt Hatcher, Jon Embrey (Alexis), Teresa Greenwald, Janie Mei Greenwald, Steven DeTardo (Cori), Laura DeTardo, Katie DeTardo, Katrina Hadnot (Chris), Nate Greenwald, Jacqueline Greenwald and Molly Greenwald; his great grandchildren, Abby, Maddie, Aubrey, Sydney, Olivia, Harrison, Stella, Yakabo, Eli, Hannah and Bella; his son-in-law Jeff Reno of New Berlin; and his sister-in-law Catherine Greenwald of Manitowoc, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
