He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Sr. Blahofski and Rose Kamnick Blahofski; his children, Rose Marie Blahofski and David Blahofski; his brother John Blahofski; and his nephew John Blahofski, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Richardson; his children, Rebecca "Becky" Glazier (John) of Chatham and Dennis "Denny" (Tina) of Weston Lakes, TX; his grandchildren, Christopher Wells, Alyssa Glazier, Melissa Trupia (Joseph) and Mindy Rees; his great grandchildren, Carmody Fulks, Lewis, Will Rees, Joseph, Leo and Margaret Trupia; and his sister Betty Woodrum of Rushville.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Chatham United Methodist (104 W Chestnut St, Chatham, IL 62629). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Chatham United Methodist Church, 104 W. Chestnut, Chatham, IL 62629.

“Dear Judy and family, We are sure saddened to know that Frank has passed on. Frank was our son Mike's friend for many years. We always enjoyed the stories of Frank's sense of humor whenever Mike would spend time with him. Their Saturday morning breakfasts were always fun to hear about. When we would occasionally run into him, he would be full entertaining conversation. Find comfort in your memories and knowing he is now in a better place.
