She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Viehbeck and Fanny Viehbeck (Greindl); her husband Kenneth F. Mikota; and her sons-in-law, Frank Broucek and Bradley Carr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Broucek of Springfield and Debby Carr of Springfield; her grandchildren, Jeff Huppenthal (Trish) of East Sparta, OH and Caitlin McMillen (Ryan) of Monterey, CA; and her great grandchildren, Arlo of Monterey, CA. and Ada McMillen of Monterey, CA..
