She is survived by: her husband Bob Scurlock; her children, Deb Cervone (Paul), Kathie Drury, Julie Neff, Renee Tones (David), Steve Neff (Stacy) and Stu Neff (Jeanna); her grandchildren, Adam, Lindsay, Amber, Kelly, Casey, Corey, Ashley and Brandy; and her sister Doris Fishburn. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
Memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Children's' hospital.
