He is survived by: his children, Ernesto Cruz Eusebio (Donna), Eduardo Eusebio (Jennifer), Ephraim Eusebio, Eleazar Eusebio and Eleanor Sangalang; the parent of his children Theresita Cruz Eusebio; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Jordan, Noah, Christian, Benjamin, Brooke, Branon, Caleb, Lily Marie, Ian, Remy, Asher and Bodhi; his great grandchildren, Enrique, Anthony, Justin, Juniper, Josiah and Zuzana; and his siblings, Sonia Iskander, Priscilla, Ruby, David Eusebio and Celia Ambion.
