He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Woods Allgood Sr. and Mary Tomko Allgood; his son Alan Lee Allgood; and his siblings, Louis, Gilbert, Gerald, Joyce, David and Linda.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Allgood (Mary) of St. Charles, MO and David Allgood (Jodie) of Springfield; his daughter-in-law Debbie Allgood of Springfield; his grandchildren, Mandy, Kyle, Christopher, Ashley, Sarah and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, David Brian III, Sophi Zepp, Gwendolyn, Isla and Tommy Zepp Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Staab Funeral Home - Springfield (1109 S 5th St, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
