She was predeceased by: her parents, Tennie Barker and Anna Bell Barker; her husband Sylvester Ousley, Sr.; her children, Sylvester Ousley, Jr. and Alma Jean Ousley-Scott; and her siblings, Lottie May Austin, Willie George, John Hall, Annie Catherine McFadden and Annie Ruth Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Larry McCoy, Michael Ousley, Barbara Thompson, Mildred Mason (Mark), Betty Roth (Robin), Gwen Heard (Howard), Anna West (Rick), Cynthia Ousley Garey (Mike), Devie Swan (Rick) and Shanta "Shonnie" Hemingway (Larry, Sr.); her siblings, Susie Mae Barker, Maeliza Ousley of West Memphis, AR, Claire Bryant of Chicago, IL and Mary Jude of Toledo, OH; and her son-in-law Raymond Scott. She is also survived by grandchildren & great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
