Eleanor Yard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2023, at the age of 78, Eleanor Yard of Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Pumphery and Mary Pumphery (Moyer); her husband John Lee Yard; and her siblings, Fred Pumphery, Cheryl Jarrett and Beverly Reside.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Cockrell (Mary) of Sherman, John Yard (Jessica) of Cape Coral, FL and Kristina "Krissy" Evans of Sherman; her grandsons, Dain Cockrell and Cody Evans; her sister Mary Thoele of Machesney Park; her half-sisters, Janet Baker (Todd) of Springfield and Theresa Lyons (Jim) of Springfield; her brothers, Jerry Pumphery (Carol) of Banning, CA and Ken Pumphery (Gloria) of Taylorville; and her stepbrother Mike Pumphery (Monica) of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
