With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Earlona Mae Looby of Springfield, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earlona Mae Looby to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent L. "Vince" Looby; and her sisters, Joan Bishop and Cathe Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Jim Looby (Melinda) of St. Louis, MO, William Looby of Springfield, David Looby of Troy, IL, Ann Young of Springfield, Lynn Marguerite of Chicago and Amy Looby of Springfield; and her sister Annette Nelson of Springfield. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Butler Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center - Springfield (900 S 6th St, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
