He is survived by: his wife Amanda Sue Kurz of Springfield; his children, Stephanie Phillips (Jim) of Rochester and Ryan Kurz (Amy) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Calla, Willa, Grant Phillips, Skylar Kurz and Logan Tomlinson; and his siblings, Donald R. Kurz of Jefferson City, MO and Deborah A. Hannemann (Dan) of Lake Geneva, WI.
