He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Hunter. He is survived by: his mother Vickey Hunter (Corley); his son Eric Hunter; his brother Timothy Hunter (Sheila); his nephew Jacob Hunter; and his niece Jessica Parnell.

A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Cemetery.
