He is survived by: his children, Donna Newman of Brownsville, IN, Gregory Winn (Julie) of Fate, TX, Douglas Appelt (Glenda) of Auburn and Thomas Appelt of Auburn; his sister Doris Clark of Indianapolis, IN.; and his sons, Ryan Clark and Jererl Clark.
