He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Dale (Pat) of Warrensburg, IL, Bret of Loami, IL and Scot (Rhonda) of Chatham, IL.; and his grandchildren, Stacey Hanafin (Bryan) of LeRoy, IL, Corey Crawford (Stacey) of LeRoy, IL, Kelley Crawford (Samantha) of Forsyth, IL, Zac Crawford (Shareen) of Chatham, IL, Andria Whitehead (Jim) of Springfield, IL, Jacob Crawford (Alex) of Davenport, IA, Kelsey (Jesse) of Chatham, IL and Hannah Long (Erik) of Springfield, IL.
