He is survived by: his children, Ashley Madden (John) of Farmer City, IL and Tyler Gilbert of Springfield; his grandchildren, Raeanna, Jacob Miller, Johnna Madden, John Madden, Jr., Tatem, Kelsie and Kylie Madden; and his siblings, Patricia Credi of Kincaid, IL and Randy Gilbert (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Butler Funeral Home – Springfield (900 S 6th St, Springfield, IL 62703).
