He is survived by: his long-time sweetheart Carol Vincent; his sons, Mark Simonson (Andi) of Seattle, WA and Kevin Simonson (Angela) of Springfield; the mother of his children Mary E. Simonson of Chatham; his grandson Sam Simonson of Springfield; his brother Curtiss G. Simonson of Chatham; his sister-in-law Cheryl Simonson (Boll) of Springfield; his nephew Matthew C. Simonson of Springfield; and his cockatiel Kramer.
