She is survived by: her daughter Shelby Lazarus of Springfield; her siblings, Larry of Chicago, Alan of Decatur, Christopher Lazarus (Jessica) of Athens and Roberta of Springfield; her nephew Aiden Lazarus; her nieces, Jennifer, Jessica, Elizabeth and Natalia Lazarus; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nikko, Malachi Boston, Jahiah Gordon and Addisyn Lazarus.
