We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2025, at the age of 81, Darlene Ann Snyder of Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Bernice Rozella Kunze (Wathern); her spouse Marlin Maurice, Sr. (Marv); her son Kenneth Scott Snyder; and her siblings, Corrine, Arthur and Eugene Kunze.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Ann Panting (Ray), Suzanne Biddle, Maurice Snyder, Jr. (Cindy), Mark Snyder, Sr. (Rhonda), Donald Snyder and Joey Snyder; her sisters, Bette Jones and Bernice Doris Westbrook; her grandchildren, Sara Kendall (Anthony), Becky Epperson (Josh), Michael, Ronald, Mark Jr., Bethany Metlis (Brian), Tim and Rachel; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Jameson, Arabella and Phoenix.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Becker & Son Funeral Home (221 S Poplar St, Mt Olive, IL 62069). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
