He was predeceased by: his parents, Rene Chevalier and Julianne Kohlrus Chevalier; his brother Randy Chevalier; and his great-niece Sailor Packard. He is survived by: his nephews, Brendon and Jeromy Chevalier; his wife Mary Anne Chevalier of Springfield; his sons, Michael B. Chevalier (Melissa) of Carmel and Brian R. Chevalier (Lyndsay) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Emma, Vivienne and Carter; his siblings, Terry Chevalier (Bonnie) of Divernon, Ricky Chevalier (Diane) of Langleyville, Rodney Chevalier (Lisa) of Carlinville and Renee Chevalier (Sheryl Dyer) of Springfield; and his sister-in-law Jane Chevalier of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
