He is survived by: his significant other Lucille; his sons, Tim Sullivan (Janna) of Rochester and Tom Sullivan (Linda) of Thousand Oaks, CA; his grandchildren, Todd Sullivan (Holly), Tanya Sullivan-Higgerson (David), Kelly Heibner (Todd) and Bryan Casad (Kim); his great grandchildren, Alex Sullivan-Merwin, Chanse Heibner, Kaleb Sullivan, Ian Heibner, Maddox Heibner, Greyson Sullivan, Brin Casad, Kip Casad and Briggs Casad; and his close friend Bob Guidotti. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
