She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Clark, Sr.; her son James H. Clark; her siblings, Pacifico Jazmines, Mariano Jazmines and Nenita Rillo; and her stepbrother Luis Moro.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jabby Jazmines and Lily Hernandez; her sisters-in-law, Frances Clark and Linda Jazmines; and her children, Charles (Martha), Rose Lockwood (Jack), Robert (Gerrie), Richard (Nancy), Elizabeth Gibbons (Don), William (Ann), John (Peggy) and Kathy. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
