It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Houser of Springfield, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Leeton and Maxine Gregory Coultas; her former husband Phillip W. Jacobs; her husband Donald E. Houser; her granddaughter Emma Stiltz; and her brothers, Lawrence Coultas and Mark Coultas.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Stiltz (Christopher) of Springfield and Matt Jacobs (Liz) of Naples; her grandchildren, Kiley Jacobs and Sam Stiltz; her great grandchild Janey; and her sisters, Phyllis Evans (Bert) of Winchester, Raquel Moore (Mike) of Winchester and Tina Brown (Jeremy) of Winchester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
