She is survived by: her children, Angela Perry of Springfield, Frederick Harris (Micaela) of Chicago, Sedrick Perry of Colorado, Christopher Perry of Springfield, Michael Qualls (LaToya Skinner) of Colorado, Victoria Qualls of Springfield and Gregory Qualls; her siblings, McKinley Perry and Cynthia Hill of Hartford, WI; and her great-aunt Charlene Rivkin. She is also survived by three step-children; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
