He was predeceased by: his parents, Buell Bull and Ruby Bull (Seymore); and his wife Carol Cullen. He is survived by: his son Mike Bull (Laura); his stepdaughter Debra Miller; his grandchildren, Steven Monkman (Jennifer), Holly Columbus (David), Steven Bull (Krissy) and Alan Bull (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Mallory Columbus, Lee Monkman, Aiden Bull, Millie Bull and Charlie Bull; and his siblings, Don Bull and Lucille Sherer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
