She was predeceased by: her son Muraco Anthony. She is survived by: her parents, Edward V. Carr and Sandra Carr (Herrin); her daughter Sylver Walker; and her siblings, Elise Williams (Scott), Chandler Carr (Alicia), Anika Trotter, Christopher Skees and Joey Skees. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Covenant House of St. Louis.
