He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Cook and Viola M. Rudder Cook. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Cook of Springfield; his children, David Charles Cook (April) of Chatham and Susan Hansen of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Peyton Cook, Seth and Carissa Hansen.
