He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Douglas; his wife Barbara Douglas; his daughters, Angel Alexander (Frank) and Jenny Miller (Steve); his grandchildren, Leanna, Tavaris, Tavonte, Nate, Avery, Ayden and Lamar; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Heaven, Kyrie, Jada and Nate Jr.; and his siblings, Linda McLean (Dave) and Donald "Donnie" Douglas.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donors choosing in c/o Chuck Douglas.
