With solemn reverence, we commemorate Catherine M. Johnson of Springfield, Illinois, whose life came to an end on November 10, 2024 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemente Victor and Anna Faoro (Vota); her husband George A. Johnson; her grandson D. J.; and her sisters, Louise and Theresa.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Templin (David) of Springfield and Karen Kent (Doug) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Georganne (Matt), Joey (Kellie), Kaylee and A. J.; and her great grandchildren, Everett, Brynlee, Carson, Weston, Lia, Violet and Dominic. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery Chapel (1441 Monument Ave, Springfield, IL 62702).
