He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Capes and Catherine Elizabeth Mulligan Moseley; and his siblings, Michael John Moseley and Catherine Ann Miller. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Marie Moseley; his children, Burns Jacob Moseley (Katrina) of Springfield, Nathaniel Joseph Moseley (Sara), Gregory David Moseley of Dallas, TX, Margaret Ann Snelling (Douglas) of Wiesbaden, Patrick Brian Moseley of Chicago and Stephen Victor Moseley of Springfield; his grandchildren, Annabelle James Snelling, Madeline Anne Moseley, Theodore Edward Snelling and Peter Joseph Moseley; and his sisters, Deborah McGarvey (John Randal) of Atlanta, GA and Elizabeth Koeshall (Michael) of Johnsburg, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Martin De Porres Center or to the Holy Family Food Pantry, both in Springfield.
