He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Miller. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Miller (Stegemann); his wife Janet (Ball); his daughters, Katrina Miller of Springfield, Amanda Miller of San Jose and Anna Miller of Kokomo, Indiana; his sister Kim Haynes (Craig); and his nephews, Matthew Haynes (Sonja), Adam Haynes and Carl Haynes.
