He is survived by: his mother Mary Chastain (Vaughn); his wife Stacy Chastain; his daughter Brynn Nicole Chastain; his stepdaughters, Kaylee Loyd (Zach) and Kamryn Loyd; his siblings, Alex Chastain (Christi), Chris Chastain (Jessica) and Clara Jackson; and his father-in-law John Sauer. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home & Cremation Service (530 N 5th St, Springfield, IL 62702). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dockers.
