She was predeceased by: her parents, Olan Walker and Mildred Walker; and her husband Stanley Richard Sapp (Dick). She is survived by: her children, Dave Stoutamyer of Shelbyville, KY and Julie Spencer (Kevin) of Springfield; her brother Ron Walker (Cheri) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Kala Dickason (Drew) of Springfield, Kyle Johnson (Kelli) of Springfield, Tyler Stoutamyer (Gwen) of Chandler, AZ and Sam Stoutamyer (Jessica Marie) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her great grandchild Kainan Dickason. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren.
