She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Burl and Jessie Marie Kern Neavill; her daughter Deborah; and her siblings, Lee Neavill, Frances Weidhuner and Susan Bice.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edward Howard. She is also survived by her daughter's cookies, grand-daughter's cakes, and daughter-in-law.
