She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrle Cody and Dorothy Cody (Ward); her husband Carl; and her sister Judith Cody. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Blaise (Kelli), Heidi Brocksieck (Mel), Andrew Doering (Jaime) and Matthew Doering (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Adam Shade, Jacob Shade, Isaac Collins, Adrian Blaise, Amber Brown, Ashley Brocksieck, Melanie Brocksieck, Jasper Doering, Charlotte Doering and Joshua Doering; her great grandchild Leah Shade; and her siblings, Mary Kelley (Dale), Pat Sprouse (Steve), Bill Cody (Amy) and Robert Cody-Sauter (Robert). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
