She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stephens and Ethel Stephens; her husband Henry G. Eaves; and her siblings, Kathryn Bolt, Grace Buecker and Raymond Stephens.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Mollahan (Rick) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Brynna Mollahan (Hugh Deaver) and Eric Mollahan; her great grandchild Leila Deaver; and her pet Sugar. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
