He is survived by: his fiancée Gracie Patrick; his daughters, Haylee Carroll, Willow Carroll and Violet Patrick; his mother Shelley Roby (Marvin); his grandparents, Betty and Harold Lame; and his siblings, Heather Whitmore, Ashley Whitmore, Andy Whitmore, Joey Carroll and Jodeci Roby.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family of Anthony Carroll for the benefit of his children.
