He is survived by: his children, Robin Ely (Maurice Brown) and Scott Ely (Jessica) of New Berlin; his grandchildren, Monique of Maurice, Madison Brown of Springfield, Brandon, Rebecca and Rachel Ely of Springfield; his sisters, Wanda Ely of Cicero, IL, Carol Dietrich of Cicero, IL and Helen Ely-Granados (Rinaldo) of Cicero, IL; and also Eva Ely of New Berlin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
