With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alvin Otto Schuette (Springfield, Illinois), born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Schuette and Alma D. Schuette (Reineke); his wife Dorothy (Neil); and his siblings, Henry, Emil, Roy, Clarence Schuette, Emma Smith, Dora Halderman and Alvina Eggleston Garcia.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda McElrath (Ronald) of Tallmadge, OH and Patricia McGarvey (Philip) of Loveland, CO. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
