He was predeceased by: his mother Marcella'Sally' Lucas (Wetterer). He is survived by: his father Allen Lucas Sr.; his children, Brian (Valerie), Mark (Jen) and Trisha; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Michael, Jake, Matthew and Tallula.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospitals for Children, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or American Diabetes Association.
