He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred F. Barlow, and Mary Agnes Barlow, Sr. (Cummings); and his brothers, Fred F. Barlow, Jr. and George M. Barlow, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Ann Bland (Charles) of Livonia, NY, Catherine "Kay" Barlow of Springfield and Mary Agnes Barlow of Springfield; and his sister-in-law Pat Barlow of Chicago. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
