Alex Doom Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex Doom (Springfield, Illinois), who passed away on December 27, 2024 at the age of 12. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alex Doom to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Carrie Bjork and Grant Bjork; his siblings, Dexter, Cambree, Braxton, Brenden and Marianna; his grandmothers, Carole "Mimi" Doom and Cherilyn Barber; his great-grandparent Beverly Gruszczyk; his aunts, Heidi "Titi" Harmony (Travis), Crystal Barber and Sara Waters (Harry); and his cousins, Ryland, Harlow, Kaiden, Kierra, Amarri, Zoe, Zander and Marshall. He is also survived by several great-aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sherman Methodist Church (2336 E Andrew Rd #9646, Sherman, IL 62684). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alex Doom Memorial Fund.
