He was predeceased by: his parents, Winthrop Chase and Joane Dalluge. He is survived by: his wife Dara of Springfield; his daughters, Kyli Chase (Derek) of Springfield and Megan Chase (Casey) of Springfield; his siblings, Kathy DeSalle (Dan) of Springfield, Debbie Chase of McLean, VA and Jeff Woods (Michele) of Athens; and his pets, Walter and Greta. He is also survived by in-laws; several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive visitors following the ceremony until 5:30 p. m. Illinois COVID-19 guidance will be followed, requiring face coverings.
