She is survived by: her parents, Kendall Carter and Sandra Carter (Flannigan); her children, Jaci Crain (Justin) of Carterville, IL. and Joli Murphy (Gage Chandler) of Paducah, KY; her grandson Miles Crain; her siblings, Kendra Russell (Kip) of Carmi, IL, Craig Carter (Amy Degenhardt) of Broughton, IL. and Kim Mann (Rodger) of Carmi, IL; her uncles, Don Flannigan of Dahlgren, IL and Rick Carter (Lara) of Carmi, IL; her aunt Barbara Denny of Troy, MO; her nieces and nephews, Amber Haley, Kelsey Russell, Cheyenne Mann, Seth Mann, Drake Carter and Kendall Rooney; and her friend Janna Lankford of McLeansboro, IL..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stendeback Funeral Home (119 W Main St, Enfield, IL 62835). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Staci's memory to the Ronald McDonald House of Ohio Valley, and will be accepted at Stendeback Funeral Home or may be mailed to 609 W. Main St. Carmi, IL. 62821.
