He was predeceased by: his father Michael Ray York; and his grandparents, Charles Ray, Clara Margaret York, Dr. David Ford Lee and Mary Elizabeth Greer Rendleman.
He is survived by: his mother Lucy Jill Rendleman; his wife Emily Joy Hodge; his children, Sawyer Allen and Rosemary Joy; his pet Dede; his stepfather Edwin William Vogler III; and his siblings, Wesley Ford York and Mary Margaret York. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
