He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Rose and Brenda Waggoner Rose; his grandparents, Jesse and Ruby Rose; his brother Curtis Lynn Rose; and his nephew Curtis Levi Owen.
He is survived by: his children, Sha Morris of Paducah, KY, Ashley Herron (Nathan) of Princeton, KY, Kari Rose of Owensboro, KY, Whitney Rose of Marion, KY, Josh Fraliex of Kuttawa, KY and Jesse Rose (Kylee) of Wayne City, IL; and his sisters, Pamela Rose of Rosebud, IL and Maranda Travelstead of Carmi, IL. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Springerton Christian Church (219 West St, Springerton, IL 62887). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at the Old Springer Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to assist with final expenses, and may be made to Gholson Funeral Home.
