She was predeceased by: her father Jim Cushman. She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Cushman (Terry) of Spring Valley; her siblings, Travis Cushman of Spring Valley, James Cushman of Depue, Dustin Cushman of Arizona, Emily Cushman of Colorado and Apple Terry of Spring Valley; and her grandparents, Tom, Marian Terry of DePue, Sherman and Pauline Cushman of Dewey, AZ.. She is also survived by aunt, uncles and cousins.
