He is survived by: his wife Shirley of Spring Valley; his sons, Roland Jr, Tim (Dena) of Peru and Tony (Carol) of Arlington; his grandchildren, Roland III (Ashley), Richard, Amanda, Jacob, Terra (Mark), Tonya (Chris), Lindsey (Chris), Tony Jr and Johney (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Pippen, Pasally, Roland IV, Riese, Ryley, Ryan, Remi, Harper, Charlotte, Chase, Cailyn, Hank, Brayden and Ryder; and his brother Fred Himes (Marlene) of Hiawatha, IA..
