He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Garrett and Barbara Garrett (Chambers); and his siblings, Dennis, Leslie and Beverly Yvonne Curry.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Ann Gregory of Spring Valley; his children, Todd Dominy (Tina Bernabei) of Ladd, Timothy Dominy (Jacqueline Alig) of Metamora and Julie Dellinger (Doug) of Oglesby; his brothers, Gilbert Garrett of St. Joseph's, MO and Richard Garrett (Janice) of Carl Junction, MO; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Trenton, Tanner Dominy of Ladd, Garrett Dominy of Davenport, IA and Danielle Dominy of Metamora.
Memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital in honor of Max.
