He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cromwell of Spring Valley; his sons, Don Noy (Amy) of Spring Valley and Bob Noy (Alisha Davis) of Hennepin; his sister Cheryl Suarez of Peru; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Alec, Jace, Sommer and Amelia; his great grandchild Theo; and his siblings, Ricky Noy (Michelle) of LaSalle and Tammy Warren of Fairfield.
