He was predeceased by: his parents, Elof Anderson and Olive Anderson (Kelley); his wife Ruth Bezely; his son Ron Anderson; and his siblings, Willie Jepsson, Jack Anderson and Elsie Hannon.

He is survived by: his daughter Holly Scheri (Mike) of Spring Valley; his daughter-in-law Jeannine Anderson of LaSalle; his grandchildren, Heather Grier (Mavolio), Amanda Gibb (Don), Nathan Anderson (Yoselin), Gregory Dodd and Elizabeth Scheri; his brother Larry Anderson of Arizona; and his close friend Mary Lou Pyszka of LaSalle. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
