He was predeceased by: his brother Norman Volk; and his nephew Tommy Milby Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Sandy Salazar (R. J.) of LaSalle; his nieces, Brianna Salazar of Granville and Brittany Salazar of LaSalle; his nephew Terry Milby (Billie) of Granville; and his great-nephews, Dylan and Cody Milby.
